INTRODUCTION: In computing, an input device is a piece of equipment used to provide data and control signals to an information processing system, such as a computer or information appliance. Examples of input devices include keyboards, mouse, scanners, cameras, joysticks, and microphones.

(MICROPROCESSER): A microphone is a Input device that translates sound vibrations in the air into electronic signals and scribes them to a recording medium or over a loudspeaker. Microphones enable many types of audio recording devices for purposes including communications of many kinds, as well as music vocals, speech and sound recording.

ITS ADVANTAGES ARE:

• Compact size.
• High speed.
• Low power consumption.
• It is portable.
• It is very reliable.
• Less heat generation.
• The microprocessor is very versatile.

ITS DISADVANTAGES ARE:

• It is only based on machine language
• The overall cost is high
• Overall product design requires more time
• The processor  has a limitation on the size of data

(SCANNER):A scanner is a input device that captures images from photographic prints, posters, magazine pages and similar sources for computer editing and display. Scanners work by converting the image on the document into digital information that can be stored on a computer through optical character recognition (OCR).

THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF SCANNER THEY ARE:

• 1.Handheld Scanner.A handheld scanner is an electronic device used for scanning physical documents into digital formats.
• 2.Flatbed Scanner.A scanner that provides a flat, glass surface to hold a sheet of paper, book or other object for scanning

(BAR CODE READER):A barcode reader works by directing a beam of light across the barcode and measuring the amount and pattern of the light that is reflected. The scanner converts the light energy into electrical energy, which is then converted into data by the decoder and forwarded to a computer.

(GRAPHIC DIGITIZER):A graphics tablet (also known as a digitizer, digital graphic tablet, pen tablet, drawing tablet, external drawing pad or digital art board) is a computer input device that enables a user to hand-draw images, animations and graphics, with a special pen-like stylus, similar to the way a person draws images with a pencil.

(QR CODE SCANNER):QR codes (or Quick Response codes) are two-dimensional codes that you can scan with a smartphone. The code contains information, usually a site address, and once you scan it, the code connects you with a resource on the web
